In February 2011 Neethlingshof held the Slenterfees as part of the Stellenbosch Woordfees and asked me to document the day of visuals arts, winetastings, poetry, culinary experiences and music. The highlight of the day was when the very gifted Elvis Blue shared his music with a delighted crowd while the sun set in the background.
